How do I register on the website?
Registering on Player Move is simple. Once on the homepage, you can choose your chosen sport; cricket, football or rugby. You will then register as a club or player by using the relevant registration form. This will then create your profile page representing who you are on the site.
I have forgotten my password, how do I retrieve it?
Once on the homepage, click on 'forgotten password' which can be found underneath the log in section. You can type your email address in and we will send you your password via email.
As a club/player, how do I block an enquiry from a player/club?
When a player or club enquires about you, you will receive a message in your inbox, which can be found as a tab at the top of the screen. From here, you can choose to block an enquiry if you wish to.
How can I edit my profile with any changes?
In the profile section, click on the 'edit profile' tab on the left hand side. In here you can change your password, any personal details, or any player/club information for others to see.
How do I see the clubs/players that have access to my profile?
Once on your profile, the tab on the left reading 'my clubs' or 'my players' will give you a list of all the clubs/players that have access to your profile. This shows their name, the date they were added and also allows you to change their access if necessary.
How can I search for a club/player that will suit me?
In order to allow you to search for clubs or players you will need to click on the 'search' tab. Here you can narrow down your search choices easily to find the club/player that suits you best. You then 'search for clubs/players' and you will be presented with a list that matches your requirements. You are then able to view these profiles and see further information on them to allow you to decide whether you would like to enquire about this club/player.
Once I have found a suitable club/player, how can I enquire?
On the club's/player's profile, there is a tab on the left hand side where you can enquire about them. This player/club will then receive a message telling them that you have enquired which they can then accept or decline.
How do I send a message to a club or player?
You send a message in the 'inbox' section. Here, you can reply to any message that a club or player has sent you or compose new messages to those profiles you have access to.
How do I check my messages?
Your messages are found in the 'inbox' section. You can check here for any enquiries from clubs/players or any other message they may have been sent.
How can I contact the site?
The 'contact us' tab allows you to message us with any queries you may have about the Playermove website.
How do I upload my CV?
When editing your profile, you can upload your CV for clubs to see on your profile. This provides them with more information about you that may suit these clubs' requirements.
